Read a previous CMP cookie once, map it to Cleancmp categories, and avoid showing the banner again when the old choice is clear.
Only clearly accepted old categories are granted. Unclear values remain denied, or the normal banner is shown when complete mapping is required.
For hardcoded Cleancmp installs where the runtime manages Google Consent Mode. If you use the GTM template, configure GEO targeting inside the GTM template instead.
Use comma-separated ISO region codes like DK, DE, GB, CH, or US-CA. These values are Google Consent Mode defaults before the visitor makes a choice.
